    Great knowledgeable builder. Very personally involved and direct communications. Quickly responds. Good group of known subs and kept things relatively clean through the building process.     Jason was excellent during all phases of our outside patio remodel. He helped us define several of the finer aspects of our project, get HOA approvals and manage each piece of the construction. All the contractors were supervised and performed exemplary quality work - something very important to us. I would highly recommend Pegasus for any future big or small projects. Great reputation! You pay on time! You have everything ready in the home ready at the level I request before I begin! You mediate between me and the clients and come up with an amazing plan to help alternate changes and design ideas.     Jason Long was the primary builder of my new home in 2020. He oversaw all construction activities and personally scheduled and monitored all work from pre-foundation to move in. His keen, experienced efforts made the building process understandable and stress-free. The home was completed on-time and on-budget. To this day, guests and neighbors marvel at the home’s quality and attention to detail. Jason’s interpersonal skills enable him to work with customers in a positive, friendly way.
